Studio cabins and inside cabins booked outside the group promotion (with all four promo items) include an additional $99/person booking fee.Â
Reservations made through NCL.com can be moved into our DNR group at no fee within 30 days of reservation date.
Getting started is easy1 Fill out the DNR Travel Information Form to tell us a bit about yourself and what kind of cabin you are looking for. You will be contacted in the order your form is received. Usually within 48 hours.
NCL cruises have a Pick Four Promotion which includes their drink package (soda, beer and wine by the glass and cocktails) dining (most dining venues are included and your reservation includes 2 premium experiences as well), shore excursion credit ($50/port toward any NCL excursion) and Wifi Credit (150 minutes of free wifi, can be upgraded to unlimited packages for an additional fee). You will also be responsible for daily onboard gratuities which can be paid during the cruise or prepaid during online check in before sailing. YES!! Our group experience is great for solo travelers. Plenty of friends to make and people to hang out with. Plus the ship includes studio cabins priced for solo travelers and a solo lounge to hang out with other solo travelers. You can also book any standard category as a solo traveler (double occupancy rates do apply).
Most DNR cruises are approximately 150-200 passengers on a ship that holds 4000 passengers. We like to keep the groups at this size as it makes it easier to meet and connect with the full group over the week.
Of course! Most of our group is LGBTQ but we do have straight people who join our group and many of our group like to book extended friends and family. As a smaller group onboard, it is the best of both worlds: a great LGBTQ group to hang out with and an overall cruise experience for the rest of your friends and family to enjoy as well.
Standard NCL deposit is $250/passenger although NCL frequently offers a lower deposit of $250. You can also use a Cruise Next or Cruise First deposit. Deposit can be charged to any credit card. Our team will connect with you by phone to get your card info, any your questions and set up regular monthly payments, if you like.
Deposits and payments made by credit card are fully refundable up to 120 days before sailing. Cruise Next and Cruise First deposits are returned to account if canceled up to 120 days before sailing. Within 120 days of sailing NCL cancelation penalties will apply. Always consider travel insurance for unexpected occurrences.
You don't need travel insurance for the cruise until final payments 120 days before sailing. At final payment time you can concern NCL Booksafe Insurance as an add-on with your reservation. You can also consider outside insurance through a company like Allianz which can cover other parts of your trip including airfare, hotel etc. We do recommend at least getting the Essentials coverage through NCL during online check-in ($35/passenger) as it covers you for unexpected medical onboard and if your bags don't make it to the ship, the two most likely unexpected events of concern.
